•Green vegetables – Dark green, leafy vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts and beans.
•Oatmeal- Oats are full of iron, vitamin B, fiber and tons of other nutrients. Again, not only are the packed with nutrients but they are great with fruits and nuts, which provide another assortment of vitamin and nutrients.
•Omega3’s and other good fats- For omega 3’s try some oily fish like mackerel. If anything fishy makes your tummy tum, as with some pregnant mommies, consider a fish-oil supplement in addition to your prenatal pill, just be careful to avoid certain fish that have high levels of mercury like tiles fish, shark or grouper.
•Diary- skim milk , cheese and yogurts.
•Dried food.
Good nutrition is must for a healthy pregnancy and baby. Poor nutrition increases your risk of fatigue and other problems. Organic food is best to eat because there aren’t any harmful pesticides or residues on the food.
