A healthy protein of vegetables and fruits in every meal will give you the right nutrients that won’t turn into fat stores in your body.

• Don’t Weight Yourself Every Day- Try to only look at a scale once a week. Weighing yourself daily can make it seem like you aren’t making any progress, when actually you are.

• Exercise- Even 30 minutes of exercise per day can greatly increase your weight loss
