Tips For Running in the Morning

•Go to bed early. It is much easier to get up early in the morning when you are rested than when you are running on a few hours of sleep
•Set out your clothes the night before.
•Put your alarm clock out of reach.
•Protect your skin-A T-shirt has an SPF of about seven and will not prevent sunburn on sunny days. Apply a high SPF on your body an hour before your run.
•Reduce joint strain. Run on soft surfaces as trails, dirt and grass.
•Eat something light. It’s never good to run on an empty, but you most likely won’t have a lot of extra time to eat and then digest your food. So, try eating something like an energy bar, so you’re not running on empty.
•Drink some water. Make sure you have enough water in your body before you can because you will start cramping if you are dehydrated. So drink about 1-2 glasses of water before you start your run.
•Enjoy enough sleep.
