•The carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke displaces the level of oxygen in your blood and leaves your skin looking dry discolored and kinda off. Even young smokers don’t have a glow about their skin.
•Wrinkles on face. smoking harms the blood vessels in the skin that leads to wrinkles a bit faster. This way people grow old a lot faster than their age.
•Smokers have higher deposits of cholesterol in the arteries and blood system. Smoking also gives you higher blood pressure. The biggest of death from smoking is heart attack.
•Smoking will damage the lining of your throat and lungs and weaken your immune system making it easier for bacteria and viruses to take hold in your body.
•Smoking stains the teeth yellow and brown . it also contributes to tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath.
Smoking interfaces with hormones.
•Cancer. It is widely recognized that smoking can cause lung cancer. But did know that it also increase the risk of cancer of the lips, mouth, nose, tongue, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, vulva. There are also association between smoking and cancers of stomach, liver, kidney and blood.
•Yellow fingers.
•Stroke.
•Smoking affects the function of the immune system and may increase the risk for respiratory and other infections.
•Smoking destroys your brain chemistry.
•Diabetes. smoking raise blood sugar levels, making it even harder to control the high blood sugar levels caused by diabetes. Some of the health complications cause type one, or insulin dependent are worsened by smoking.
