•Don’t eat fruits immediately. Immediately eating fruits meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1/2 hours after meal or one hour before meal.
•No bath after meal. if you take bathe after meal then it will cause your circular system to give priority to hands and legs. Blood will flow to your hands and legs and amount of blood around stomach will decrease considerably which in result will damage your digestive system.
•Don’t drink tea. Tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be difficult to digest.
•Don’t loosen you belt. It will cause the intestine, easily to blocked and twisted.
•Drinking water. That will dilute gastric juice and influence its digestive function, which will cause gastrointestinal tract disease.
•Don’t walk about. Walking after a meal, it will not allow to absorb the nutrition from the food
•Sleeping after a meal will increase your body weight. That is a known fact. But the bigger problem is that it would encourage gastric in the instead. Once you have fallen asleep, digestion will not be as efficient carried out as when you are awake.
•The danger caused by smoking after meal is much more serious than that caused by smoking in other time. This is because the blood circulation in digestive canal will increase after meal, which makes the body absorb more injurious ingredient that does harm to liver, heart and cardiovascular.
