•Control diabetes. High blood sugar levels irritate eye tissue and damage proteins in the lens. To reduce your chances of developing diabetes, stay at a healthy weight.
•Eye exercise. The eye exercise tone up the eye muscles to keep their elasticity intact. With continuous exercising you’ll notice a considerable difference in the quality of vision. These will also help in reducing eye strain, headaches and make you eyes feel relaxed and refreshed to resume work. There are several simple eye exercises which can enhance your sight in few months time.
